I know right it was a real shocker. Just wait til you start the next your jaw will hit the floor!!!
I absolutely loved this book. The twists at the end were really good. I couldn't put this book down. I was constantly wanting to find out what was going to happen next. As soon as I finished it, I put in a request at the library for the next one. Can't wait to start it.
Yes it was. I really liked the main character, which doesn't really happen for me a lot. Also, Jenna's character was pretty cool.
Got it out of the library, planning on reading it as soon as I finish "The Game" by Diana Wynn Jones.
Finished the book... it definitely wasn't what I was expecting. I really wanted to like it, but I just couldn't get into it. I felt like the characters were kind of one-dimensional and flat, and there wasn't a lot of development of most of the characters so when they did something that seemed out-of-character it wasn't believable. I think that's the limitation of first-person writing, and why it can be very difficult to write well in first-person.
