Emers swam to the inactive volcano once she left the palace

Ocean swam up to the volcano and saw Emers there.

Emers noticed Ocean. "Hello, I'm Emers. Your a demon to right?"

She grinned, "If I weren't would I be here?" She asked with a no, duh look.

Emers raised her eyebrows slightly. "Well there are the occasional atlanteans here."

"But they aren't here for long, they get scared." Ocean said with a sly look in her eyes.

"To true." Emers saud almost laughing

"I can't believe they've lasted this long in the war." Ocean said.

"I know. They seem so weak...almost a waste of our time!"

Ocean shrugged, "It's something to do in my spare time."

Emers laughed. "Then you must have a lot of free time."

Ocean laughed, "Just a bit."

Emers smirked. "Well, then enjoy your...work time? Right now."

"What do you mean?" OCean asked, looking around them.

"If you fight in your free time, what are you doing right now? Work?"

Ocean shrugged, "Fighting is my work and my free time. Sometimes I have moments where I'm free. Like now, I usually just swim around some old hangouts of mine."

Emers smiled. "That's what we all do I think."

"Yeah," Ocean said, "Do you want to go practice?"

"Sure" Emers said

Ryker and Emers swim to the volcano. "So Emers, where did you train before you came to the demon army" he said checking and nodding to the guards at the demon border.

"I didn't train anywhere else. I used to just go hang out in the training arena practicig. And then they eventually hired me to be a warrior."

"Imressive!" he thought for a second "Maybe I do know you. I think I authorized the final decision of your employment! you defeated my best combat trainer yea?" he said laughing.

Emers turned bright red. "Uh, yes?"

"Congradulations! The only other person to ever defeat him was me" he smiled at her. "It's something to be proud of. To shame a grown man"

Emers smiled back uncertainly. "Well truth be told it was easy"

"Yes, yes it was wasn't it?" he laughed. "And he's my new troupes trainer!"

Emers smiles slightly

"I gues I'll have to train the new troupes myself" he said thinking. "WOuld you like to help me?"

Emers looked at him in surprise "Why would you want me to help?"

"Because your an excellent warrior. With 10,000 more soldiers coming in I think I may need help!"

"I um, yeah then I guess I could help." Emers said

"Thank you. If you don't want to you don't have to." Ryker was satisfied that this gate was secure. "We need to check the next gate"

"No, I want to, it's just....new."

Xena swam close to the inactive volcano. She took at seat on a rock nearby and waited for Lance.

"Oh you poor thing did I hurt your feelings?" Lance asked with mock concern. "Why the volcano?" he asked the water getting warmer as they drew near.

She shrugged. "Seemed like a good place for trouble."

((can I bring in my demon charrie in? Like to make things more exciting.))

Lance shook his head, "My what an unimaginative mind you have." he leaned in close his eyes wide "We should go onto demon teritory, we could say we were patroling." He wasn't serious, just pulling her fin.

She kept his gaze, "Why don't you try that, and tell me how that works out for you?" Xena smiled up at him with a slightly smug look.


Damrais had been swimming around, when she remembered the volcano. She had gotten bored at the castle and was looking for a little something to do. She swam to the volcano and layed on a rock. Suddenly she heard people talking not far away. They were Atlanteans. She could tell. She swam relatively close to the two. "Having fun are we?" She glared at them, a menacing look in her eyes.
