Powers: On a smaller note, he has enhanced senses, speed, agility, and strength.
❖ High Scale of Telekinesis ⤷ The ability to move, impact, vibrate, lift, and in some cases, summon objects with the use of mental or any other non-physical means. The only issue is that, while it is a magnificent ability, it is like a band that stretches, and if you stretch it too much, it breaks. Basically if he tries to move/summon a really big object without practicing decently first, he could end up getting a nose bleed, coughing up blood, severe headache, passing out in extreme cases, etc. So far, he can only lift/summon objects as large as a car and anything else smaller.
❖ Electrokinesis ⤷ The ability to generate, absorb and/or manipulate electricity, lightning, and thunder. The only issue is water... he can take a shower and drink water as long as he deactivates the powers before doing so. If someone has water abilities and ends up drenching him in a battle or without notice, his abilities will go haywire and electricity will go everywhere, sometimes killing normal pedestrians anywhere near him. That and he will get electracuted by his own lightning/thunder/electricity.
❖ Pyrokinesis ⤷ The ability to generate, absorb and/or manipulate fire. If he becomes drenched in water, this ability will not be available.

Eye color: His eyes are an unfathomable, pelagic, cerulean that many would consider breathtaking at first glance. However, if they were to look longer, or perhaps… get a little closer, they would be able to depict odd symbols circling about his very iris.

Personality: Noctis is a slightly taciturn young man who takes pride in his bloodline but lacks in amour-propre. Being silent and reserved to those he deem unknown, he is articulate in speech when needed to speak; he chooses his words carefully and with tact, though, if piqued, he can obtain a sharp-tongue.
