The entire Harry Potter series, BY FAR, in my opinion, the BEST series ever.

. It gives me...creeps, beeps, tears, laughs, new ideas, inspirations, metaphors....I'm not bluffing but I think I write like this author... o_O

Since they all tell one giant story, I'm going to count this series as one enormous book....but Stephen King's The Dark Tower saga is my all-time favorite book. It has everything a reader could possibly want. I have literally laughed, cried, held my breath in suspense....run the whole gamut of emotions when reading this for the first time. It is hauntingly beautiful and I highly recommend it to everyone I run into that hasn't read it.

I'll just add it to my 'to-read' shelf now :)
