Nia and Aly walked into the Institute.
"Well this has been an interesting day." Aly sighed.
Nia nodded, "Do you believe her? Evangeline I mean?"
Nia sighed, "It's a little strange, I mean, normally vampires would never give up their secrets to anyone. Especially not us. So why did she?"
Ryder walked into the room, apple in mouth and in his normal clothes, jeans and a gray shirt. His hair was ruffled, like he just got out of bed. "Hm?" He murmured through his apple as he gazed at the two curiously.
"oh hey Ryder." ALy says as he comes into the room.
"Hey Ryder. Where've you been?" Nia asked.
He bit into the apple loudly before taking it out of his mouth. "Sleeping of course." He shrugged "What are you guys up to?"
"Well the vampires may or may not be planning to wipe out the werewolf population. The werewolves don't see to care... Oh, and we're out of milk." Nia said sarcastically.
"I was planning to have cereal..." he shook his head, eating another apple. "But werewolves? Vampires? Are we picking sides or sending this to the Clave?" He strolled lazily over to a chair and threw himself on it.
"If we sent it to the Clave it would take to long. WE'll have to handle it ourselves." Aly replied.
"Besides, it's not like the Clave really does anything productive." Nia said, sitting down on the couch, "And if we're picking sides, I pick the wolves."
ALy sighed. "Even I'd pick the wolves side on this."
"And that's sayin something." Nia pointed out.
"Have we heard the vampire's side to this? I mean we can't just rush in assuming the wolves are right, right?" He looked at them both, biting his apple.
"Well, we heard about the attack from Evangline herself."
"Wait, what was the head vampire doing tell you about their plans?"
"Well..." Aly said looking back over at Nia.
"Well what? Am I missing something here?" he glanced at both of them.
Aly stayed silent, waiting for Nia to answer.
"She didn't exactly tell us on her own... we sorta went to Hotel Dumort..." Nia said.
"Not to cause trouble I hope?" Ryder was the good boy in the group.
"Well.... just a little bit." Nia admitted.
"What happened? I won't report anything, don't worry." he sat up properly, apple left on the table nearby.
"Nothing bad, we got into a fight with one of her little minions, then we went up to the roof to interrogate Evangeline. Don't worry, it wasn't that bad."
"I'll have to take your word for it I guess. So looks like we're decided on it?"
Nia nodded, "I am, Aly?" She asked.
Aly nodded "We have to do something."
"Very well." he sighed, standing and stretching "When is it going down?"
"Not sure. For now we're kind of just waiting for them to attack." Nia said.
"That's not accurate at all. We in touch with the wolves?"
"We warned them, but I don't know if they believe it." Aly sighed
"And if they do, they didn't seem to care much." Nia said.
"normally I really wouldn't care what happened to the wolves, but we can't let the vampires get that much power."
"This city would become a bloodbath." Nia agreed.
"More like a bloodless bath." Ryder smirked at his own pun "So are we heading over to the wolf's hideouts to discuss?"
"Cheesy joke..." Nia muttered, "I don't know, we were just there but maybe we should kind of... convince them more of the danger their in. Even if Evangeline lied, there's still something up."
Aly sighed, she really didn't want to go back to the wolf cave but knew they had to.
"I'll go change then. See you back here in a bit." he left.
"Well, are you ready to go?" Nia sked Aly.
"I guess." ALy sighed, running a hand through her hair.
Ryder returned in his full black shadowhunter gear, belt decked with seraph blades and daggers. "Good to go?"
Jones was in the training room, looking over the equipment as he checked inventories."Stakes...we seem to be lacking in stakes..." he noted down the shortage before moving ont seraph blades.
Nia, Aly, and Ryder walked into the institute.
