Your thoughts on that pathetic excuse of a movie?

Lol, the only part I liked was the "This is a pen." part. Otherwise, you can just call the movie 'Percy Jackson and the Search for the Pearls'. I actually just rewatched the movie and totally regret it. It messes up how I see the characters. Plus, I wish Clarisse was in it. Hopefully the Sea of Monsters movie will be way better...

The movie was so stupid. Like, come on, 12 year olds can't act or what?????? I know of a lot of 12 year olds that might be..... oh..... let's see....... famous? because they can act................ Just saying. I totally agree that like the only thing in the movie that was the same in the books was searching for pearls. No plot, no story. no nothing.Oh, and btw, I CANNOT WAIT for MOA to come out!!!!! *Shriek* I think my mom started getting annoyed when I finished the 2nd book and started getting mad that Moa wasn't coming out till October. Then I started ranting again when I read the first chapter. I can't help it though!!!!!! There are so many things were gonna find out!!!!!!

I agree with you. I don't think that the age thing would have bugged me as much if they got more of the plot right. I understand you cant fit all that book into one movie and it's going to be morphed a bit, but They changed the entire ending practially. I dont know how they're going to make a sequeal to this because they ended off on such a twisted plot. I'm just refusing to watch the next one.

i am going to watch the next one. maybe it will be better than the first. who knows. but i really did like the 'This is a pen. A pen!" part. LOL. i also liked how they made the hydra. very creatively made. otherwise, the movie was a fail.

Exactly. My friend invited me to go see it with her in the movie theatre when it comes out...... mostly because we both think its gonna be another fail......so we can make fun of it.

I hope so!!! I mean, I'll see it either way. If it turns out bad....... I would have had 2 hours of laughs with my friend. If it is good, well, then I saw a good movie.

I need one of u guys to come with me! My best friend read them but she doesn't truly love them!! And she hasn't read SoN and DemigodatHeart (another friend) won't go to movie theaters for reasons I'm not aloud to say!
