*psh* Jamie and Angelo aren't the leaders because they don't feel like it, they rather not have to go the all the trouble, plus they prefer working solo for the most part.

What? Use his shadow?

He has 13 shadows, without his power they are still animated... they can do things without himself having to use his powers. And they are all loyal to him. Without Jamie they can't do as much, since his power "amplifies" them... but...

They still have a few general abilities, such as physical involvement.
