Hi, I'm Alyssa and I live in Clarks Summit. We're surronded by mountains, and in the winter, there's almost always a lot of snow (I say almost because there wasn't a lot this year). It's a very small town, and most people have probably never heard of it. There are coal mines up here, but I don't think any of them are used.

Well where I live they have the Lackawanna Coal Mine Tour where they actually take you down in a coal mine & you can learn about the miners and stuff
Well there's chunks of coal in there, but you're not SUPPOSED to take it (Who cares though? I took a peice). But there's a gift shop & you can buy peices of coal there
Ummm... I want To say like $3, but I'm not sure....it comes in packets
It can get to like 97 degrees I think. Last summer was really hot thought, so I just moved to the basement

Awesome. You can tell the seasons just by looking at them. In the spring it's green, fall they're golden, and winter, it looks dead.

And that's why I'm glad I moved from texas. It used to get that hot there.
