Interview With The Vampire, is my favorite vampire movie. However, Tom Cruise, is totally not Lestat. He played Lestat well, but he doesn't look like Lestat. They should have got somebody like a young Billy Idol (the way Billy looked in the '80s) to play Lestat. But Brad Pitt totally pulled off playing Louis perfectly.
oh i never saw that movie. Or head of it until i saw some other people talking aout it. was the movie based off of a book.
Yeah. Of course the book is better than the movie, however, the movie is pretty frickin' cool. It's very dark and gothic. My husband is not into this type of stuff, and I remember when the movie came out, I dragged him along with me to see it. I was afraid he wouldn't like it, but afterwards he looked at me and said, "That was an awesome movie. I can see why you love the books now. When that movie first started, I was like "WOW" it totally pulled me into the story." I was grinning at him and said, "See, I told you it's an awesome story." A few days later, we saw it again. LOL. We now own the movie. It's that good. Seriously. But read the books too (not to be bossy or anything) because they rock. It's because of those books, that I got into vampires. In fact, Anne Rice is the person who started it all, with Interview With The Vampire. I mean, there was Dark Shadows before she wrote her vampire series, but she basically started the whole vampire trend that is still prevalent today.
i hope you like it as much as i did. When i checked it out at the library i didn't check out the whole series, instead i checked out other books just in case i didn't like it. Well lets just say i shouldn't have read Vampire Academy first, because when i was done with it. i couldn't stop thinking about. so i couldn't get into any of the other books i checked out. the sucky part is i had to wait like three or four days to go to the library. i was going through reading with drawl. LOL.

Queen of the Damned. I adore that movie more than I could ever say, regardless if it didn't stay entirely true to the book.
Yes, it's a good movie. The guy who played Lestat though, was totally wrong for the part. But I still liked the movie.
Yeah cool I have only seen the Underworld series out of all those. Well I guess I have seen Dracula but it was a shortened version and it was in Spanish so. Anyway I think I wanna see the Abe Lincoln one though.
