Jane Austen discussion

I had an idea, being all mostly from America it could be fun to have like a Austen-con. As many cannot fly from one state to another, all the people of this group could be organized for same state, and each of those in every single state can meet! :) At least some of us can meet in person.
If there already is something like this, let me know because I am not that informed! :)

The same of course can be done for those that can find other people from their own country outside the United States :)

No worry. In fact it is a hard thing. Mine was more suggesting, IF you found anyone in the same country (all over the world) then it could have been a good idea for them to meet. Fortunately we have GR! Also, I think its normal that many won't find other people from their country. I live in Italy..I haven't anyone from Italy that takes part in this group, and I am the one suggesting this idea. Ironic isn't? ahah
About the only America thing, was only because in the discussion "where are you from" many were from the United States, but of course mine was for also an idea for people all over the world, as you can see written in my second comment. :)

Here is 7.10 in the afternoon. We're six hours ahead. Time zone is quite a problem, when I'm online, usually in the evening, everyone else is asleep!

Nessun problema, posso scrivere in Italiano quanto volete. Ho trovato spesso stranieri interessati all'italiano. Ha una impostazione piuttosto diversa dall'inglese.

Translation:
No problem, I can write in Italian whatever you want. I often found foreign people interested in italian. It's a languag with quite a different structuring than English.

Wow!! That's so cool! Thank you!! I always find it amazing when someone writes or speaks fluently in another language and Italian is so pretty to speak and look at!! Thanks again!! It was cool! ;)
