Wanda walked in with Kingston right behind her.

Kingston walked in behind Wanda.

"Dang its hot in here!" Wanda exclaimed. Taking off her jeans and shirt. It was also pitch black. She jumped into one of the unground pools of water.

"Yeah." He took of his short and jeans and jumped in after her.

Wanda laughed, "Now this is more like it!" she exclaimed. Floating on her back.

"This hits the spot." He laughed then smirked.

"Where are you?" Wanda asked him. Reaching out her hands in both directions.

"Here" He said hitting her in the back of her head lightly

Wanda spun around, "Oh. Sorry but I can't see a thing." she said.

"I can. I have really good sight." He said

"So you can see me?" Wanda asked him in surprise. Her eyes had widened.

"Yeah. I can see everything in here." He said looking around

"Very impressive!" Wanda told him, her smile wide. She pulled herself out of the water and sat at the end, letting her feet stay in.

"Of course" Kingston started to float.

"Kingston would you mind of I asked you a question?" Wanda asked.

"Sure. Ask away" He said sitting back up.

Wanda sighed, "Do you think we will survive? Like be able to carry on the human race?" she asked him quietly.

"Yeah. I have no doubts." He said looking at her. "Us humans are stronger than them. We just need to bring our A game."

Wanda nodded, "It's good to have some positive thought on that. Whenever I talk to Karen she is always negative about it..."

"Really? She dosn't think we can win?" He said confused.

"She's not one to lean on hope..." Wanda said, "She doesn't want to get her hopes up."

"Well It's better to hope than to have nothing." He said.

"I know..." Wanda said, "But Karen is a survivor. I doubt she needs to worry."

"True." He agreed,

"Your a survivor too Kingston." Wanda added, "But I'm not. I lucky to be alive right now..."

"Your not lucky....your.....your.....it was meant to be...for you to live." He said

Wanda shook her head. "No the only reason I'm alive is because of someone else's sacrifice..." she said quietly. Her breath hitched at the end and tears were threatening to spill. "My older brother guarded me until I could escape. And he died for it."

"Im sorry. Maybe you are lucky." He said feeling bad

Wanda nodded, hugging her legs to her chest.

"well then........I have made things awkward." Kingston said leaning on the side.

Wanda laughed weakly, "No you haven't. I did..." she told him.

"but I brought it up. Oh well. I tried." He said.

Wanda smiled, "You know... I think I like you Kingston." she told him.

He smiled. "Really?"

Wanda nodded, still smiling at him, "I do."

He walked toward her "What if I said I like you too?" He smiled.

Wanda cocked her head, pretending to think, "Well I'd be very surprised." she told him honestly with a little laugh. She could not see in the dark so she did not notice Kingston getting closer.

Kingston touched her head. "Well. I do"

Wanda was surprised to find he was close to her and jumped, almost falling back in the water. She laughed nervously, "You scared me." her heart was starting to speed up a little.

"I bet. You really need to be able to see in the dark." He said laughing

Wanda laughed too, "Yeah I'll work on that..." she told him, tucking a strand of blonde air behind her ear.

He sat up on the ledge and sighed with a smile

Wanda reached her hand up and found his face. After she located his cheek she leaned towards him and planted a light kiss on it. Then she pulled away. A shy smile on her lips.

He smiled. He leaned in and lightly kissed her. He pulled back, not knowing how she would react.

Wanda was surprised when he kissed her. But she kissed him back for the short few moments that his lips were on hers. When he pulled away accidentally had been leaning too much and she fell back into the kiss. She inner groaned. He probably thought she was super eager or something.

He was kinda surprised but kept kissing. He liked her and he would never pass up this chance.

Wanda let her hand go up and touch the side of his neck, but then pulled away. "Sorry." she whispered, but she was smiling.

"You dont have to be. I liked it" He smiled.

Wanda giggled, "Good..." she stood up. "We should probably get going." she told him. She rang out her hair and grabbed a towel and began to dry herself off.
