I love this book and recently decided to re-read it. I found, much to my chagrin, that it is unavailable in electronic form from either Amazon or Apple. I think that, in and of itself, is an excession....

Certainly available from both Amazon in Kindle or other places (I found it on BooksOnBoard) in ePub. It may be a geographic restriction (I often find books available in the US but not in the UK and vice versa). However I don't know where you are based, Steven.
