Hi, I'm new here, and I don't know if I choose the right place to ask this, but I'm looking for a book. I don't know the author, or the title, I just remember some things from it.
It was situated in a post apocalyptic reality. Snow was always on the streets because of something that happened in the past (I don't remember what). The main character was a witch. There was another race of beings, that witches were attracted to, but there was a law forbidding relationships between them. That's all I can remember, and I hope someone will help me.

Ps. I want to apologize for any mistakes I could have made. I checked everything, but I'm polish so something might have slipped past me.
