I would love your thoughts about book trailers. Do you like them? Do you think they are effective? Do you have one?

I have a few trailers...not sure if they are effective. But they are nice to watch. :-)

My brother kindly did one for me as a surprise. Again I'm not sure how effective they are.

I totally agree, I think that they are fun to watch. I don't know if they are effective. I just wanted to get some feed back on this. I was debating if I wanted to make one for my next novel.

I guess I should mention I have several book videos over at Ellora's Cave (Tyler's Woman, Burn for Me, Dark Heat to name some)...I have noticed since EC put the book video links up on the book pages there has been a bump in people watching the videos, but not really a difference in sales that I could see. But people are looking at them...which is kind of nice. :-)

I totally agree with you about the book trailers. I think that some people enjoy the story come alive. I know that I do, lol.
