It was good, for what it is. I think I gave it 3 stars since I'm not really into philosophy. The way it's written makes the eastern philosophy info easy to absord (plus, it's not very long). It's full of all kinds of suggestions that make sense/are good but that we don't/won't put into practice (great on paper but...). Being the 'uncarved block' like Pooh is NOT going to get the bazillion things done I have to do in a day. So it was a semi-enjoyable read, but at the same time makes me nostalgic for simpler times.
