15.3 Bookends

Choose TWO options and read ONE book for each OR read ONE book that satisfies TWO options. For the two book option you MAY choose the same option twice.

Option 1: Read a book where the title starts and ends with same letter. Subtitles may be used or ignored. ex. Soulless (S-S), Stiff: the Curious Lives of Human Cadavers (S-S), The Soloist: A Lost Dream, an Unlikely Friendship, and the Redemptive Power of Music (T-T)

Option 2: Read a book by an author whose complete Goodreads name starts and ends with same letter ex. Neil Gaiman (N-N), Robert Alexander (R-R) , Suzanne Collins (S-S)

One book option examples: The Sorceress and the Cygnet (T-T) by Patricia A. McKillip (P-P), Damaged (D-D) by Alex Kava (A-A)

Required: Please indicate which options you chose when you post

Oh, good one, Riona!

I just found a one-book choice, as well:

Tipping The Velvet by Sarah Waters (It's a bit racy, but it's also on the 1001 Books list, and the author uses such lovely language. It might suit readers who like Victoriana and are open-minded.)

Candiss (tantara) Another one-book option:

Short Cuts: Selected Stories by Raymond Carver

I didn't even think about checking the Discworld books, because I've read the ones listed here. Small Gods is one of my faves, and I haven't read it in years. Maybe it's time for a re-read! :)

Also from that same series - another one that works:

The Fifth Elephant by Terry Pratchett
