Family: her mom and dad which are very skilled with the water element and a newborn baby brother who has been getting all the attention lately, but she doesn't really mind
History: She's had a pretty good life. She has always been labeled as a "good girl" but she is one. She has always followed the rules and did as she was told.though sometimes she will do rebelous things and get away with them because no one expects her to have done anything like that.
Personality: Very sweet and bubbly. She can be quite a flirt. Always has a smile on her face. If she does something she's gonna do it right and she won't give up until it is right. Is willing to help anybody but she won't let people run over her.
Other: has a good way of getting the truth out of just about anybody.

Family: Mom and Dad. No sibs but lots of Aunts and Uncles.
History: Grew up in a lot of places. His parents move around a lot but they always come back for the Ball. He usually steys with a relative during the even, this will be his first ball and he is really excited if nervous.
Personality: Shy and has a "I'm a good target" kind of attitude. He has remarkable skill for someone who isn't very old and shows promise of one day maybe being a leader. He prefers to run away from fights/problems rather than face them. But he is respectful and a good kid.

Family- Has a mother and father but is an only child.
History- Danny has a history of breaking bones. He fell over and broke his wrist, smaked into a wall and broke his nose and someone tripped him when he was playing football and he broke his leg. Always in fights.
His family is normal but someone did once try and kill his dad. He crept into the house when they were all upstairs and turned the gas on high so that the next time some lit something, the houe would explode. Luckily, his mum smelt the gas and got everyone out the house before it exploded. The person was never caught but they left a note saying 'You can escape the house, you can escape the country, but you can never escape whats around the corner'.
Personality- He is a bit of a violent guy and is a boxer. His parents have a garage sort of thing where Danny keeps all his boxing suff. Being a boxer should toughen him up but he still breaks bones easily. He was always excluded for stating fights and things like that. Hes a nice guy but he has a short temper and if he doesnt like someone or something, he will say it. That normally starts the fights. Hes loud, but friendly, hes a sporty guy yet keeps good grades, he loves anything that he can get an adrenalin kick out of.
other- He has a tattoo on the lower of his back of a dragon breathing fire, and the fire goes up the left side of his boy and stops on his neck.

~Her eyes are as deep and mysterious as murky lake. If you open up your eyes under water and dive down, you'd get the color of her eyes. They start out a very light greenish blue and as you get closer to her pupil, they get darker and more green. They seem to be depthless. They are almond shaped and framed with dark, thick lashes

Family: Family is a very interesting subject for Diandra. Her dad was a very rich man, her mom was most likely a maid. No siblings.
History: Before she was born, life was bad. Her father had a desire and the wife wasn't home, he grabbed the maid by the wrist and dragged her up to the attic. Needless to say, she ended up pregnant. He kept her up there until she gave birth, then killed the maid. He left the baby outside, so anyone could take her. She was scooped up by a sadistic, pretty insane man. He raised her as his own until she was about ten. He started experimenting with her. Trying things with her, things a grown man should never do with a little girl. He liked seeing how far he could hurt her. He liked to try to see how long she could hold her breath underwater. He would tie weights to her feet and drop her in the lake. Even though she's a water elemental, she can't exactly hold her breathe water. He violated her in every way he could. That's how she lived. Being in pain to the brink of death, touched where she she never be touched, used and abused. As she grew older, it only got worse. She refused to tell anyone about what was happening, not thinking anyone would believe her.
Finally, when she was 16, she got fed up with it and left. She ran away, but she had to survive some how. She sold her body to buy food and the things to live. Once she finally got enough money to pay for a dress, she was gone.
Personality: Silent. Terrified. Innocent. Secret. Those words all come to mind when you think of Diandra. She is very shy and rarely talks. She has an extreme innocence to her. She wants to trust and she is desperate to be loved. Because of this, she is vulnerable. But it is obvious Diandra is holding a deep and dark secret. She knows how to take care of herself, though. Despite her past, she is still very calm. It's near impossible to anger her, but if you can she has a temper like the sea.

History: He grew up in an orphanage and ran away after he realized he was never going to be adopted. He was 17 then.
Personality: Spencer is sorta lonely. He knows how to make friends and had many at the orphanage, but he doesn't always want to. He's quiet and shy, but has a loud, fun side that is only in use about half the time. He doesn't like sad people and always will try to comfort them. Its just in his nature, even if the problem is way beyond him. He doesn't like bullies either. He had friends that were bullied, but he quickly took care of that, even if it meant no dessert for a month.

Family: She lives in a family of a mixture of earth and water elementals, her mothers side of the family are pure earth elementals whilst her fathers side of water. She has an older sister, age 19, whom is an Earth elemental and has grown up feeling like an outsider to her entire family, despite their similarities.
History: Her family expected her to become an elemental and at the age of three she discovered her talents, she and her sister were playing in the garden during the hot summer time and she was able to shift the water from a nearby bucket onto the side of her sisters body. She has been trained ever since that age to control her powers, as has her older sister. She isn't a mixed elemental due to the amount of strong water element particles in her body structure.
Personality: She is an observant person whom likes a bit of attention every now and again, who doesn't? She isn't very patient and becomes quite hot headed and opinionated at times though she is a well liked person. She can be trusted, but this is mainly because she is quite forgetful. She loves to be around animals and water and ultimately outdoors, she loves to make new friends although she can't stand show-offs and know-it-all's.
Other: She likes tigers and wild animals but prefers to stay out of the lime light.

History: She had a brother who died when she was little. Her Mom died when she was born. Her father died a few years ago. Her mother was water and father Fire.She used to cut and has almost committed suicide a few times.
Personality: She is super Smart and is able to figure out any situation easily.She loves swimming and running and anything athletic.She is usually nice but if piss her off you have something coming to you. She is also a very dark person mostly in her art.
Other: She can play the guitar and piano and sings. She also draws. She got a tattoo of one of her drawings after her long time boyfriend died.

Family: Earth parents. She hates her mom, loves her brother, Aidan, and her dad.
History: Ariana has depression. She used to cut herself, and now she is very insicure and looking for someone to love. She grew up with a bad child hood, and it is very hard for her to trust people.
Personality: She can be halarious on the outside, a wild, fun loving, carefree woman. She an be a total bitch if she wants to. But when you crack her shell, you find her true colors. Ariana hates herself, she hates her life, she is very sad and she believes that everyone hates her. She craves love and will do anything to find it.

Personality: most people first think that she's a fire elemental. She is a perfectionist but its not to please others. She's quite selfish and has quite the temper. She doesn't like being out of water and hates if the body of water she's in is invaded, even if it's by another water. Xena despises fire elementals with all her being. When you first meet her, she seems like she may be phsycotic, that is very close to the truth.
Family: her mom and dad both water elementals.
History: even though her parents were water elementals, they were scared of Xena. She once drown a kid because he did something she didn't like. Her parents kept her because they were scared what she would do to them if they kicked her out. They hoped that forcing her to come to this masquerade would help her but it only made her angrier.

History: Dylan was born to a pure water mother and father. He grew up with two other siblings, an older brother and a younger sister. Dylan lived in Miami, Florida until he was sixteen and his father got a new job. On the way to the town the family stopped for a night sleep in a motel. Dylan slept that night, no were near peacefully. When the sixteen year old McCarthy woke he found his family murdered and the door broken in. Dylan then continued to drive to his destination where he lived on his own and is still living on his own.
Personality: Dylan puts off a different personality to those around him, because he holds dark secrets that haunt him since he was sixteen. He keeps his real personality to himself and his very close friends. Dylan is a loyal yet tricky character, who often uses his agility and brain to get out of trouble. Dylan is described to be kind-hearted, and also sweet to his friends. He doesn't like to see his friends in danger. He usually gets nervous to talk to the girl he likes a lot on topics. Dylan gets embarrassed about his feelings for the girl he likes in front of his friends.

Family- She has a mum, dad and a twin brother, each of them represent an element. Her mum is earth, dad is air, brother is fire, and she is water.
Personality- Aisha is chirpy and freindly, but is extremly loyal. She loves water and once she has her mind on something she won't give up on it untill she has completed the challenge. She is extremley determined and loves to have a laugh with her freinds. Also, she does not like to hurt people or their feelings but if it means protecting her, her freinds or family she will do anything to protect them.
history- She has lived quite a normal life for someone with the element water. She trained with her family to increase her power and when her brother looses his temper (which happens a lot) she is the one who has to stop him from burning up the whole house.
