SECTORS [sek-ters]
– noun(s)

Dimensions evolved by Baron Fields which harbors not only Conversions (human brains wired to a new, infection-free, eternal robotic body, sometimes included with positronic brains) but cannibals, zombies, werewolves, vampires, and other bizarre creatures.

Please take a look at the preview: http://www.amazon.com/Sectors-ebook/d...

Yes. Please visit my publisher, "Whiskey Creek Press", or you can find a preview on Amazon.com.

Danielle The Book Huntress (gatadelafuente) This was a great book! I read it for review over a year ago and I was very impressed.

Thank you very much for your awesome review back then as well as now, giving me those kind comments!! Calling my work "great" gives me encouragement!

Danielle The Book Huntress (gatadelafuente) Thanks for sharing your imagination with others!

Greg | 16 comments Hey Brick, you asked in a personal message if readers would prefer you wrote another book, concluding Gilbert's adventure or 'write another bizarre tale set in the "Sectors" series'. Rather than a conclusion to Gilbert's story, what about continuing the adventures of Gilbert in Sectors as a trilogy or perhaps weave him into and out of stories that focus more on other characters?

Brick Marlin | 34 comments Mod
Thanks, Greg! You know, I had actually thought of weaving him in an out of other tales while focusing on other characters. That might work a bit better. I also had an idea to continue his adventure, each a small segment, in the back of other novels; kind of like a bonus for readers.

Greg | 16 comments Good morning! :P Yeah, I remember you mentioning that before. But I think a series of books with Gilbert showing up here and there - if you feel up to writing it - could be fun!

Good morning to you, too! I think you may be onto something, Greg. Might just include Gilbert in other books in the series. I'm sure I can write Gilbert into some really bizarre tales, more so than what he went through in "Sectors"! Evidently my imagination has taken an odd turn lately, delivering thoughts of weird characters such as a group of evil clown monkey ninjas!

message 15: by Greg (new)

Greg | 16 comments LOL A 'group of evil clown monkey ninjas'? :O I guess most of the time they'd look benign until they went into attack mode!

Thanks again for your suggestions...I'm running with it! Just started another novel with Gilbert weaved into the tale!

Greg | 16 comments Will be checking out the new Sectors tale in due course. Interesting idea to serlialise it on your blog.

Good deal! Thanks so much! Rehashing Gilbert's adventure is past due, something I probably should have kept going before now.

Hopefully you will enjoy this read. I'll post each segment the 3rd Friday of each month.

Greg | 16 comments You're welcome, Brick! Have you more or less finished the book or are you still in the process of writing it?

message 23: by Brick (new)

Brick Marlin | 34 comments Mod
Actually, it is done for the most part. I wrote it a few years ago,, but since then (and even now) have gone back through to edit and make adjustments to the tale. I may keep Gilbert around and keep writing his series of adventures.

I'm also working on the Transitional Delusions series as well. :)

Just a heads-up. Some of those older links I posted years ago are unfortunately defunct.
