I am really enjoying Joan Didion's Where I Was From right now and how her family came to California. Very interesting and so enjoyable to read her writing.

You had me at "Duran Duran". There was a time when I was planning on marrying John Taylor (DD base guitar) and name our first child Taylor Nigel Taylor, which is John Nigel Taylor's name with the John replaced....by Taylor. Thankful there is no child with this pitifully redundant name, at least not from any of my doing. Please remember this was a LONG time ago and I was YOUNG. Can't wait for your book to come out in January! kmck
