Btw, I'm thrilled that you figured out Henry will play a much bigger role in the next book, and eventually play one of the biggest roles of all (in the third book)! I'm sure you also noticed the sparks between Allie and Henry, which will be further developed in the next book. But Henry will have a rival - a very handsome knight who may or may not be evil (Allie will spend a good amount of her time trying to figure that out).

Also, unfortunately, Magnus died before he was able to recommend Henry for the position, so the obnoxious Thoth is now living at the castle as the Royal Alchemist.

The story takes place on the weekend of King Shevre's and Serena's wedding (think William and Kate's wedding , complete with all the souvenirs). All of the heads of state from around the world have gathered at the castle, not knowing that an old evil has risen again (The Knights of D'atura), who are planning an attack while all the kings, queens, princes, princesses, sultans, etc, are gathered in one place.

Allie and Ricky leave Snoball at home while they attend the wedding, but Ricky gets a new, and very unusual pet.

Haven't read Inheritance Cycle - I've been out of the Eragon loop for awhile. Just looked it up on Amazon and it sounds great! And I, too, love Percy Jackson!
