I see from your profile you do a lot of reviews. And, you live in the UK. You might want to look at Bookman. It's American Southern fiction, which is different from what I see you usually read, though you're certainly not stuck in any one genre. Bookman is a gritty look at our American South of 45 years ago; a redneck gets a job as a door to door salesman. He's naughty, but eventually learns his lesson.

I would really appreciate a review from the UK.
