Hello, David David! Thank you for contacting me! Happy Monday! I hope you're well and ready for another new week. Congratulations on your books! Happy reading, writing, and everything else. Have a nice day. Blessings!Best wishes from Majenta
Thanks for the friend invite, David. I've long been a fan of fantasy and sci-fi but my interests have expanded greatly in the past few years. Looking forward to perusing your shelves and reviews. Happy reading in the meantime.
You don't seem to hang out in these parts anymore, David -- hope you're fine and just busy with projects.
I like your latest profile photo, DDK. It's a subtle reminder that your book is still waiting to be read--and it will be!
My good buddy Arthur Graham is giving away 3 copies of his novel Editorial. You can enter here:https://www.goodreads.com/giveaway/sh...

No probs! It looked really good - I love cat-related books. Also - Hello! Thanks for the friend request! It's so nice to see other authors here who are all about books and book-reviewing, and not just about self-promoting! Here's to the love of reading!BRB~~ stalking your shelves.
Hullo there, new GR friend! Thank you for the friend request and your kind words -- here's hoping I'll be able to live up to whatever expectations ifer's set you up for. :)We do see to have numerous overlapping books but differing opinions. I like that in people. But I like your favorite authors and the fact that you've read oodles of things I need to devour (Warped Passages, At Swim-Two-Birds, My Cousin, My Gastroenterologist, &c.) even more.
Lady Liberty is sure taking, um, liberties, ain't she? I guess she got tired of standing on that pedestal.
*jealous* You met Mack? Kabuki was my first comics love. Fables is great but the first couple trades weren't amazing. Not sure which one you meant you'll review but I'd love to read either.
You're reading Kabuki - I *adore David Mack. :)And I've got to read your Canada/Portland writing. I left my heart in Portland.
Apparently today is the birthday of Frank Zamboni, 1901. He's 112. But cryogenically frozen. In an ice rink. Which leads me to my point ---> Death by Zamboni
Hey David - thanks for the friend request. I see your novel was already on my tbr list....looking forward to it.
Just posted two videos of my reading in NYC at KGB Bar in Manhattan. Thank you Lori Hettler of The Next Best Book Club!http://www.goodreads.com/videos/25531...

Happy Holidays David! If you have a chance you should youtube "Fruitcake" by The Superions. It's bizarre and hilarious so I think you'll like it. Destination Christmas is the album name and I'll be listening to this throughout the weekend :) CHEERS to you and yours!
That's great! I tried to browbeat some of my arts & letters friends into attending, but I think they were having deadline panic.
I'm so excited that your kickstarter project is get such recognition! I cannot wait to read A GREATER MONSTER and see what the cover art will look like! I feel like a kid in a candy store - just wanted to let you know that :)
Take a look at Charlie Courtland's blog: Bitsy Bling Books: http://bitsybling.blogspot.com/2011/0...My book was featured along with a brief interview.
it ain't easy!man, goodreads needs to work on their commenting interface... SOMEONE SHOULD WRITE A LETTER!
i certainly have read them! what do you take me for, a cretin??? i didn't like them as much as the other two though... for some reason i like o'brien more when he's being more realistic, which i know is odd, given my usual taste... :)
hi david! it's not very often i meet someone who likes alfred bester AND jeanette winterson!! pretty cool.
Thanks for the friendship-Your review of iZombie really makes me want to read it-I not a zombie person.
let me know what you find out because I know many people who pre-ordered through there, and I worry now why it hasn't come...
what medium did you order it through? Barnes and Noble is usually faster than Amazon. I'm surprised it hasn't come yet.
