Cat Fletcher thanks for the add. Nope not in college (anymore) mom of 4 and also waiting on ssi disability that will be going before the courts to decide. I lost a great job back in september because my medical finally got the best of me, but took it as God's will for my life to do what I have always wanted and thats really be there for my kids.

Oh, I just get angry because my Confederate soldier book can't find an agent. Truthfully, in my best moments I know I'm justifying my failure. Blaming market preferences won't get me anywhere. I just have to do it their way. I read some of your historical novel once and thought it was terrific. I'm glad you're hanging in.



Savannah I can't find, anymore, the book under which you put a statement along the lines of how impossible it is to sell an historical without a woman in it. It reminded me of my early days of trying to market my novel--I had to convince agents that an historical with a woman in it WOULD sell! And now, today, it's all you see. I guess I was at the crest of the wave. Fat lot of good it did me.
