Boooo! No bueno on that one. I have property out there about 30 miles from the foot of Pikes Peak. The land is so flat when the wind comes down off the mountain everything on the property rolls. People who build out there build the wind breaks first or their construction trailer will be rolled into the neighbor's cow pasture.

There's a little bookstore that I visited every time we were there. I had 5 acres in Fairplay, was going to build a house there - with a wrap around porch to look at the mountains that surrounded it. I gave the property up in the divorce :(
