I love how you can take amazing fantasy set in great worlds and connect it with real life issues. That is something I have learned from reading your works and have tried to work into my own writing. I just released my own book on Amazon and I hope that someday you will read it and see the influence your writing had on mine!

Thank you for accepting my friend request! :) I cannot wait to read the Night Angel series, Lightbringer is one of my favourite fantasy series and I'm betting that Night Angel will be as well! I've also been suggesting (forcing) some of my friends to read it as well since I know that they'll love it as much as I do! Anyway keep up the awesome writing! :)

The way of shadows is one of the best books i've read in a long time, its what finally got me to transition from teen fiction to adult fiction. You are a really amazing writer!

I just want to say I think it's really cool that you have a GoodReads account and are friends with people, your fans, rather than just another author page. I love your books, they're slowly becoming some of my new favorites, and can't wait to finish the Night Angel Trilogy. When's the next Lightbringer book coming out? :D

I read The Desert Spear, then I read the first book of The Night Angel Trilogy. I thought you might find that interesting.

Have to say that I love your books. Currently trying to get my boyfriend to read 'The Black Prism' before all the other books he insists he has to read. All of your books have really blown me away when reading them and i can't wait for your next book.

Just finished The Way of Shadows and honestly it's one of the best books I ever read. Next week I planed to start reading second book of Night Angel Trilogy, can't wait :D

I just finished Beyond the Shadows, & I enjoyed it so much! I can't believe it's over. It was so wonderful; I cried really, really hard, haha. (: Thanks for the great trilogy, & I can't wait to read The Black Prism!

Hey Brent, your books look and sound so kick butt man. Have you been hit up for a movie deal yet? Your trilogy is on my list of must reads. I'm from up in the Longview/ Kelso area of Washington, think you will ever make an appearance for a signing up this way? You definitely got a lot of fans in this town. Brent- I was visiting your website and was sickened to find that your cover to "Black Prism" was leaked! That is terrible. I do not think people realize how much work goes into your creative thoughts. I hope you find out who the creep(s) are and blog some of their intellectual property! PS- Is there anyway I can get a signed copy of your book(s)? I move around a lot with the military being a army wife but I will drive to a signing if I have to! I am still working on my husband to get time to read them, he is interested and he does not read often!

Just dropping in to say I just read the last page of "Beyond the Shadows" and your trilogy is some of the best writing I've read in years. Thanks for an awesome story! I could go on, but we'll be here all night!

Well, thank you. I signed up here thinking, hey, I love books, I have strong opinions, this will be great! Then I realized I now have a pretty good chance of sometime meeting the authors I might have less-than-completely laudatory things to say about. That was a splash of cold water on the idea. Then, honestly, this site--cool as it is--has just been lower on my list of priorities with my web site, my forum, doing interviews, facebook, twitter, and oh yeah, trying to write. It IS still on the list of things to update and to put at least some of my favorites up on, but it is lower than a lot of things.

Adele I have to agree. Brent is such an amazing writer, that I would be interested to see what his top favorite books are, and ones that he intends to read in the near future! Keep on writing Brent- You have an incredible talent.
