Re-reading my own guide tonight before bed.
Not to edit it — but to remember why I wrote it: so many of us want to pray, want to be present, want that connection... but we freeze because we don't know how to begin.
The practices in this book are simple. The intention is everything.
And right now, I'm also carrying its themes into "KARMIC RETRIBUTION" — exploring how individual stillness ripples into collective responsibility.
