"Legacy is not only the blood we inherit, but the fire we choose to carry." — C.K. Ball
I’m thrilled to join this incredible community as my first book in the Born of Kings series—Hrothgar The Dragon King—has just been published.
This story has lived in my heart for years. It is inspired by my own ancestral lineage, reaching back 46 generations to Hrothgar himself. Writing this book transformed me, and now I’m honored to finally share it with you.
Over the next several months, I’ll be releasing nine more books in the series—each one every 90 days—tracing a legacy of courage, love, betrayal, and the enduring strength carried through generations.
I can’t wait to connect with readers who love Viking history, epic romance, fierce heroines, and stories rooted in real lineage and legacy. I’ll be sharing updates, behind-the-scenes notes, and the historical discoveries that shaped the series.
Thank you for welcoming me into this wonderful community.
Warmly,
C.K. Ball
