I am working hard on "Over the Tears of the Fallen" which will be part one of "And the Sea shall give up its Dead" and all is going well despite the length and complexity of the work. I have a sneaking suspicion that it will sell only a copy or two and will fail to gain the success that my publisher imagines. I myself do not mind at all, I am, Like the Scottish football team that I follow, used to glorious failures. I always garner good, or even glorious, reviews, but when I check the sales stats well then I deflate like a bouncy castle too close to a hedge that someone is cutting back with a chain saw; very quickly. Still it will be a good book even if very few read it.
