It amazes me that you posted your question on my Goodreads account instead on my blog.

Anyway, the book details section of my book review posts are generated by a Wordpress plugin called Book Review by Donna Peplinskie. Just search for it in the Plugin database and install it from your Wordpress admin dashboard.
