Jack Shaw The Innocent (Will Robie,#1) by David Baldacci Almost finished with Baldacci's The Innocent. Been reading it in favor of Tom Clancy's "Against All Enemies." Baldacci's an e-book and Clancy's paper. Depends on what I have at bedtime. I read Dan Brown's latest (paper) while I was on a week cruise; it was an art lesson, a mystery and a chase scene. Other than that, nothing special.

Jack Shaw While I'm not ready to do the entire audio book yet (that was my original plan), I am going to perform/read Harry's Reality in bits and pieces and offer clips on my blog page http://shawsreality.com and here. I have severe dry mouth that has kept me off the stage, but I can still do short bits. I'm hoping it will be a nice added feature when someone comes to my page.

Jack Shaw I know other writers get this way. If it wasn't so early and if I really drank a lot, I'd be crying in my beer right now. You write an epic science fiction novel, like "In Makr's Shadow," even offer it for free, and all you can do is imagine it must be the length that is keeping people from reading it. Little do they know there are many jewels inside, and obstacles, along with twists and turns along the way.
