"Desert Rose - The Life and Legacy of Coretta Scott King" is a biography of Mrs. King written by her sister, Edythe Scott Bagley. I was Mrs. Bagley's co-writer. The book will be released to stores May 1, but you can get a copy now online at all the usual places. Here's a link to the Amazon page http://www.amazon.com/Desert-Rose-Leg...
Have a new book outlined and ready to write. And I'm researching another one. Dining table is covered with stacks of books.
Summer is off to a great start. Swimming lessons. Ballet. For our children - wouldn't want to see me in a leotard.
Mary Anita And The Second Liberation In Kenya Consider reading this book full of African passion and flavour, culture, social life and politics
Thanks for accepting my friend request, Joe. You seem like an interesting person, as well as a prolific and accomplished author, so feel free to tell me more about yourself and perhaps we can grow to become even greater friends. I, myself, am a singer/songwriter/actor who has recently turned author. My 2 top ten recordings were CONCRETE & CLAY (as a singer) and NAVY BLUE (as a writer)...both in the early 1960's. My first novel is an unusual murder mystery entitled "Forbidden Steps".Regards, and have a great day, Ed

Watched the Oscars last night. Every year the show seems to run longer, and every year we watch it to the very end. I have enjoyed movies since childhood.
Straightening out the chronology at the front of this book so I can write the rest of it while switching back and forth between other projects.
Joe. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, but I've been dealing with the nine bites to the left side of my face made by a spider that apparently mistook me for a dinner plate. Always (well, most of the time) always great to run across (not literally, of course), someone interested in reading.

Best wishes from Majenta
