Working hard on Sherlock's Home: The Empty House - a very special book featuring stories submitted by Holmes fans. Over 350 submitted with a view to raise funds for www.saveundershaw.com - the final decision on whether to destroy the former home of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's home where he brought Sherlock Holmes back to life is on 23rd May at the high court. In addition to reading the latest Inspector Banks (#19) in paperback, I am getting used to my first Kindle - unbelievably lightweight device that I am already getting hooked on. On the Kindle at the moment I am being Holmes obsessed - switching between 'Rendezvous at The Populaire' which is a Sherlock Holmes pastiche, Close To Holmes which is a Sherlock Holmes guide to London (and ideal for grabbing chapters whilst on the tube) and The Lost Stories of Sherlock Holmes. Thoroughly enjoying them all.
