Kathryn wrote: "Thanks for the friendvite! It is nice to meet a fellow Alabamian!!"I feel the same way. My body is in California; my roots grow deep in Alabama soil. One day we will probably return. As they say, "You can take the boy out of the country, but you can't take "Alabama" out of the boy.
My FLIGHT TRILOGY is starting to look like a crystal ball... Book #1, the young couple are in Buckhead Georgia...they head out (sadly not together) to explore the world...end up in California...the hometown hopefuls have a near miss at reconnecting a love once lost...(I'll stop there). Then book #2 paints a tough time in their lives while in California...Book #3: they return to Georgia (story not finished). Oh boy....could it be fate playing with my subconscious...only time will tell.
Enjoy my sweet home Alabama...there is only one place like that.

Thanks for accepting my friend request, Mike. It's greatly appreciated. If you love a good mystery, and you have either a Kindle, Nook or iBooks, I encourage you to try a sample of my first novel. It's called FORBIDDEN STEPS and it's getting raves and 5 stars across the board. Would like to read them all. Have to see how it goes with #1
Saw you're reading Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. It's a great book - how are you liking it so far. Well, as for me, I've read the series about 9 x LOL I know I know I reall shouldn't broadcast that BUT oh well. My fave is the 3rd and 4th in the series: Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. As you go through the series, each book just gets longer LOL. When you get a chance read The Host also. It's more sci-fi but I love it. take care.
