Under the speech category, I have noticed that Canadians pronounce all of the vowels in many words, particularly house and about. That quirk can be added to your book with no loss to the original. I also noticed this in a Scottish brogue, with the addition or rolling the Rs.

Hi Folks ... Glad you could join me. As to the question about my favorite Lovecraft stories ...I must say that his eloquent use of the English language sometimes gets beyond me. My favorites so far are The Hound, Randolph Carter and Reanimator.

Anyway, I also read The Secret Sharer by Conrad which I also found interesting.
