Thanks for the friend request, Marcia and thanks for the kind words regarding my review of Brodie's Report by Borges. I've been writing reviews for going on 4 years now and it took me time to create my own voice and style in writing reviews of short stories. Now that I've hit upon what really works for me, I plan to review many short stories using this format.

To all my new friends and fellow book lovers, thank you for making me feel welcome in the universe that is Goodreads. For years, I despaired that reading was a thing of the past, that opening doors in the mind through the experience of reading had been left behind by an increasingly technological world that was also leaving its human creators behind; yes, I despaired until I walked through the door of Goodreads and entered a paradise!
