Just in case anyone is wondering why all my reviews are 4 or 5 star, that's because I only post reviews on books I think are really worthwhile. I come across a lot of books I'm not so enthusiastic about. But as an author, I know how hurtful it is to read negative reviews - often the reviewer seems to me to have got the wrong end of the stick, so to speak. So as my mother used to tell me: 'If you can't speak pleasantly, don't speak at all.'

Very excited that The Art of Purring, the sequel to The Dalai Lama's Cat is now out in UK and Australia, and officially launched in US this Thursday!
