Haven't heard of zombies vs unicorns, sounds like a strange premise. Yeah, thats my boy on the cover chopping the top half of my head off. He is only six and the kid in the book is nine, but I think the cover turned out great. One of the few indie covers I have seen that actually has something to do with the book.

Thanks. Most of that was practice for the covers of my books. If you look really close at the zombies on the cover of The New Days: The First Son you can see my son and my nephew make up most of the zombie horde.

I too have written a lot in the last few years, but mostly smaller stuff--I write for a Fly Fishing online publication...stories, theories, research, product reviews, fly tying, an occasional humor piece...even a couple of poems (now there's an audience a poem has to be gutsy to try to impress). I will bundle up those articles at some point and make about 5 books out of them.
Right now I'm also developing a screenplay of my novel ARCHANGEL, for a producer friend who says we'll do a film project as soon as I can have it ready. Must work on it, must work on it, note to self, must work on it....
