Even with all of my tweets and post on Facebook, not to mention 5 interviews already, it seems that no on is aware that the new book is out. Other than selling copies of the paperback to local friends and people I meet, only one eBook copy has been downloaded from Amazon. I've even given several paperback copies away hoping to get the word out. When you do get it, I hope you enjoy it as much as the first.
