Like historical romance? Then you're in for a treat. Recently released, Cherish the Knight by Diane O'Key is everything a book in this genre should be. It offers a luscious love story with a mystery at its heart, two vibrant strong-willed lovers and a ferret! Yes, the heroine, Lady Lexi, has a pet ferret that plays a delightful role in bringing hero Cort--very alpha, very handsome--and Lexi together. At books's end, when not one but two mysteries are resolved, I put the book down with reluctance that the story had ended. Overall, a light, enjoyable look at life in Norman England in the eleventh century.
