Have you read Silence of the heart? It is one of my favorites in nonfiction. Any of the varied practices, and clues that Robert Adams gives out, if followed and experimented with in a practical way, will lead to some form or flavor of awakening, some experience of the whole. Although, some resonate more deeply with me than others. Any way, I am glad to have your friendship, and best wishes to you as well :-)
