I'm so pleased you enjoyed your visit to the UK. I actually live in Wales, although I was born in England. We have a wealth of castles here, mainly due to the English King Edward I, who built them to subdue the Welsh.
As you can probably see from my bookshelves, my favourite genre is Historical Romance and I note that you have read some of Loretta Chase's books and given them 5 stars. She is one of my top favourite authors and I love her books. You must read her which regularly appears on lists of the top Historical Romances.
