I love Joni's writing too. She writes so compassionately and always seems to have encouragement for my heart. I agree, she is truly inspiring. How nice that you share acquaintances with her.

And thank you for sharing some of your personal info. Often, it's hard for people to understand unless they've gone through something similar. I have a large crazy family and most of the time they try to be supportive and understanding; but sometimes I can sense their frustration with me when one of them will just shake his head and say something like "just turn it all over to God and then pull yourself up by the bootstraps and take the first step". Easier said than done!!

Anyway, glad to have a new friend!!

p.s. - Loved one of your quotes by Joyce Meyer and another by Joni Eareckson Tada. (Joni's a bit older than me, but we grew up in the same area and went to same schools and share some acquaintances. She is truly inspiring!!)
