John Yeoman Thanks for befriending me, J. A. I've cited you often at my blog. (BTW: I love the 'chum slick' tale.) Our minds share the same 'sod the world' irreverence...

Mark Tufo Hi Joe, I just wanted to say Thank You I have just found out that my books are being illegally downloaded and I was pretty much losing sleep until I came across your article regarding piracy. Now I'm not saying that I'm okay with it but at least my ulcer has stopped its bubbling protest!

message 17: by Ginger

Ginger Simpson I'm trying to rectify my problem. I have TWO pages. Please come join me at "Ginger" instead of "mizging" and be my friend as I'm going to delete this one soon

Ed Rambeau Thanks for accepting my friend request, J.A. It's greatly appreciated. If you love a good mystery, and you have either a Kindle, Nook or iBooks, I encourage you to try a sample of my first novel. It's called FORBIDDEN STEPS and it's getting raves and 5 stars across the board. Check out what folks are saying by clicking on the link below, then scroll downward.

Jan I adore Jack Daniels and am not only glad you created her but that I found this series. I'm originally from DuPage County -- one son lives in Schaumburg and another in Hoffman Estates so I especially appreciate the setting you've made for Jack and her uproarious friends and family. I might also mention Afraid is THE scariest book I've ever read and I'm old, so I should know!

I'm hoping you'll have Origin, Disturb and The List in paperback form sometime soon as I've not yet convinced hubby I need a Kindle!

message 10: by Terry

Terry Odell Hi, and thanks for adding me to your vast list of friends. If you're having trouble singling me out, I was the poor soul who had to follow you at the Breakfast Mixer at RT. I hope you'll check out my books.

Stephanie Hi J.A. Wanted to let you know that you are a choice in a poll question on Novel Ladies:

Which author would you most like to spend the evening with if given the chance?

1. Charlaine Harris
2. J.A Konrath
3. Allison Brennan
4. Janet Evanovich
5. Stephen King

This is what I posted after picking you!! :-)

I just had to pick J.A. Konrath!! We have E-mailed each other...but that it not the same as meeting in Person!! I LOVE the Charector "Jack Daniels" so much!

It's kind of funny I was thinking Stephen King, but then thought...No he would be a little itimadating and what would I say besides "I Love your Books"!

But with J.A. Konrath, I get a feeling that he is just like us....Loves to Read and Loves to Write! He writes like all us mere mortals who do not Write, Live!! Does that make sense?!

Friends in Reading!

Thanks for adding me.

Jeannie Faulkner Barber Hi J.A., I mean to tell you, back in the day...ahem, when I was single, my best friend and I would order a Fuzzy Up...somewhat of a spin off of a "Fuzzy Navel"...just a little trivia for the day. Also, I'd like to invite you to visit my web site, jeanniebarber.com. I'm a novice writer so feel free to make any kind of suggestions, ideas or thoughts to correct it. While you're there, please sign the guestbook, too!
Thanks,
Jeannie

Rowena Hello, J.A.
