i hadn't planned on reading rant right now... i was thinking sometime in the next year or so. but since you've written so highly of it, it moves forward on my to-read list, somewhere in the summer months, probably. good job on writing reviews that make people rework their reading schedules.

It is all subjective, really. I am not very politically minded, and I found Watchmen to be very political - a realm my mind just can't really comprehend. So, I didn't rate it very high. I understand its brilliance, however. But I've decided to rate the books i've read very subjectively, and not with an objective universiality. Does that make any sense? Probably not. ......
