Thanks so much for your lovely message, so glad you enjoyed ILYTD. I did indeed research Asha's name, although funnily enough she was called Asha long before I learnt the meaning of it. In the end I included all its meanings, regardless of origin, because each of them suited her!

It's an Indian name which means hope.I kept what wandering if it was pronounced the Indian way and meant the same or if it had some other origin.Though the name's origin was not mentioned its meaning is definitely hope and life :)
But name aside,Love You to Death was really a good read.I must say its one of the best stories I've read this year.
