This book made me feel EVERYTHING. I was crying. I was screaming. I was smiling. I was laughing. I was left staring at the wall. It was just SO DAMN GOOD. I honestly can’t believe some people didn’t like this the way I did but I think they were just expecting it to be something it wasn’t but I thought it was just everything it should be. Though, the end was kind of boring, so I do agree with that criticism and I wish it was different.

I do still kind of like that they were left happy. Hunt deserves the world but I will say, I feel like I liked Bryce way less in this than before. But my favorite favorite FAVORITE part of this entire book was Lidia and Ruhn. I just can’t even describe how much I love them. Lidia is in my top 3 female characters EVER. I also loved the structure of this book. I know a lot of people hated the jumping of POVs but I actually loved that about it. It was so fast paced and fun and kept me hooked the entire time. That along with the reveals and hints and everything else that came along with this book. It was actually just so good. It also made me like N (sensoring because I don’t want to spoil CC2 for anyone who reads) so much more.

I just really liked how this book made me connect with these characters because each of them really had such a beautiful story and this third book made me love and connect with them so much more than the first two books did. I just love the character development they each had and they all just have such a special place in my heart. I will 100% be refraining from watching/reading other people’s reviews of this book because I do not care… I know they are hating on it and that is not my business and in my head they are wrong, that’s all.

My one problem with this is that there is supposed to be a Crescent City 4 (I think) and there just shouldn’t be. I’m scared Sarah is gonna pull a classic her and keep it going for no reason. Sarah please don’t. I’m begging.

Update: I’m not gonna change anything I wrote but I have since reevaluated and I definitely overrated this I don’t care it was a moment for me and I’m going to stick to it mostly. ...more "
