"Finished a Leg to Stand On! I imagine the book brings alot of valdiation to those who have experienced injury and physical therapy, but I found the reading pretty dry. Dr. Sacks gets pretty metaphysical in his observations, which I think is a neat way of navigating neurological injury. However, the esoteric references and the overall lack of interest towards imagery or scene made this kind of boring. 3 stars +/-0.5" — Mar 05, 2026 03:32PM
