باید به خودت استراحت بدهی
دراز بکشی
دست هایت را زیر سرت بگذاری
به آسمان خیره شوی
و بی خیال ســوت بزنی
در دلـت بخنــدی به تمام افـکاری که
پشت شیشه ی ذهنت صف کشیده اند
آن وقت با خودت بگویـی :
بگذار منتـظـر بمانند !”
