Increased public conversations about the life and work of W.E.B. Du Bois, particularly as examined in the new “W.E.B. Du Bois: Rebel with a Cause” documentary, have made me glad I was encouraged to complete some work on him years before we reached this point. Somehow, he continues to amaze millions and provide much-needed direction after all these years.
