Saleem Khashan I hate this guy!

message 2: by Iqbal (new)

Iqbal Al-Zirqi LOL; I even dont know him :)

message 3: by Alexander (new)

Alexander Fazari @saleem it depends , there's a lot of author you may hate them even if they are good , to be fair don't say i hate
just i like and dislike in this guy ,
:) i don't like ahmed morad and youssef zidan

message 4: by Iqbal (new)

Iqbal Al-Zirqi It is a big development to hear u Mostafa saying dislike instead of hate. I like this way of expression cause hate is a big word :)

message 5: by Alexander (new)

Alexander Fazari some times we hate the different ideologies without any reason , and as we are a human being first impression is very necessary in forming our mind so it might be brainwashing don't say i heard that this man is good or bad , read for the good and evil , even you love or hate , like or dislike even i don't like youssef zidan nevertheless i attend his meeting every month and listen to him very carefully to learn from him
those words not related to Paulo Coelho or MR saleem

message 6: by Iqbal (new)

Iqbal Al-Zirqi *** :)); I think we Arab people have tendency to say hate easily without really meaning it. However u can hear also young Westerns, those who are teens, and they use hate word a lot without really meaning it. I guess it is just a way of making a statement :)

Saleem Khashan I dont like zidan either. But I deeply, activly and passionately hate this guy. Blah blah blah suitable for children writing disguesed as morally appropriate message when his hero is Shimon Berez a mass killer.
(I hate him and people like hypocrits.) people like him

message 8: by Iqbal (new)

Iqbal Al-Zirqi Of course, saleem. Your message is reached. I honestly never read for him. I just liked the qoute here :); I think ometimes good writing should be separted from the personal life of the author, otherwise we will never finish :); If u dont like his way of writing, this is something else :)

message 9: by Saleem (new)

Saleem Khashan I am not mad at you liking his quote ;)
but it is one of my messages in life every time i see his name to hate him again, I am having fun doing that, beside the fact that it took me as long to finish his Alchemist as it took me to finish crime and punishment (full version).
You have a beautiful picture by the way,

message 10: by Iqbal (new)

Iqbal Al-Zirqi Interesting :) So his writing is kind of boring then. His name sounds Spanish to me. I guess it is a kind of chemistry between the author and the reader. Thank u for the compliment and wish u a beautiful day :)

message 11: by Saleem (new)

Saleem Khashan He is brazilian and writes in portuguese

message 12: by Iqbal (new)

Iqbal Al-Zirqi I see; Thank u :)

message 13: by Alexander (new)

Alexander Fazari i read the Alchemist it was not boring but as saleem it's suitable for children but that's not for all of his work as i think

message 14: by Saleem (new)

Saleem Khashan some one told me I should read veronica something and six minutes but again I hate this guy ;)

message 15: by Alexander (new)

Alexander Fazari lol :) he is not a big deal , and there's a lot of Latin Americans authors better than him , I'm surprised how his novels became very famous all over the world in few years , it's not by luck

message 16: by Iqbal (new)

Iqbal Al-Zirqi May be public relations :D

message 17: by Saleem (new)

Saleem Khashan قرأتوا
إسابيل الليندي
غارسيا ماركيز
هؤلاء من أروع الكتاب عندي بس لا تقرأوا ترجمة إلا لصالح علماني الباقيين ترجمتهم
Rubbish

message 18: by Saleem (new)

Saleem Khashan or in English of course translation is great

message 19: by Iqbal (new)

Iqbal Al-Zirqi No, i did not read for these two, but this encourages me to read for them, Saleem :)

message 20: by Alexander (new)

Alexander Fazari machado de assis , gabriel marquez , isabel allende are the best and José Saramago from Portugal , i agree with you Arabic translation in some novels sucks
